Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products you may return the items in their original condition and in their original packaging within 10 days after receipt of merchandise (not including the return shipping time). Please ship the items back to us within 10 days after receiving. We will either replace the item/s if you request us to (if there was any problem with the original item), or issue you a refund for 100% of the original purchase price, or issue a store credit for 100% of the value of the returned items, according to your wishes. Please note that the delivery cost to return these items are at your own cost, unless we determine that the item was shipped to you in unsellable condition. In this case we will issue you a refund for your return shipping charges after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Please note that any items which have been sold by you to your customers are not returnable. Goods must be postmarked within the 10 day period from the date which you received your original shipment. Please provide a copy of your original invoice in the box with the return items and please send us an email with the TRK# when you ship the items out. *Please note that this is required and provides proof that the goods have been shipped by you and received by us. Also, please explain the reason for the return in your email. Special request orders, large volume orders, or non-stock items specifically ordered at the customer's request are non-returnable.
